Personalized items are non-refundable except in the case of back-orders as described below.  Valley Kids Co. is not responsible for typos or other errors in the form submitted above.  Valley Kids Co. may contact the e-mail address or phone number listed above when the personalized order arrives in store.  The standard turn-around time is 5-7 business days.  If an item is back-ordered, we will contact you within 48 hours, at which time you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or accept an extended turn-around time.  It is the customer's responsibility to pick up personalized orders from Valley Kids Co.  Shipping will not be provided.  Please bring your receipt and a photo ID with you when picking up personalized items.
